I've tried using printui to delete all the drivers and ports and start fresh, but that never usually helps. I'll try install it through the HP tools, and the HP tool will see the printer, then try to install it, and a minute later it fails and says it can't install. Windows will install it but it shows "Driver unavailable". Usually they're on domains but not every time.īasically, sometimes they install perfectly, everything detects and installs and everyone is happy.īut other times it just fails completely and it ends up doing it in the same ways.
